Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please record a video while unboxing to help with after-sales support.
2. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
